Unlike other agencies where you can only let and sell properties, her clients consider her firm to be a stop place for all property and investment needs. You will leave having all your questions and needs answered. Therefore, I consider my business as standing toe to toe with the big names out there in the Property industry and yet becoming a loud voice in the industry and the community. The fact that I can provide the advice and investment needs - everything under one roof sets me apart from other estate agents.

Author of the fast selling Property book titled: “Why landlords and tenants fall out of love” and joined the list of the very few female authors in the property industry and only African property author in the UK. The book was forwarded by Cllr Afolasade Bright and endorsed by Sally Lawson the outgoing President of ARLA Propertymark. Stephanie holds regular seminars and workshops on all property and financial matters. As written in the Foreword of my book by Cllr Afolasade Bright, if anyone has earned the right to compose the book, it is surely me.

Stephanie has gone a step further from business in the community to be a leader in the community and supporting the vulnerable and small charities in the borough. She is very involved in the community – a sponsor of the “Soup Project”, aimed mainly to feed the homeless, she organises and hold a ‘free’ property surgery monthly for all local landlord and tenants. Stephanie is a trustee of the Pennu Charity, a charity dedicated to promoting the well-being of the elderly in the community. I am also the church Administrator for a Christian Charity RCCG The Masters Sanctuary Romford

Recently, Stephanie has been appointed by Barking and Dagenham Cabinet Member for Employment, Skills & Aspiration to be on the Borough’s Business Forum Steering Group sitting with other appointees from the business community to provide advice and support to the Council on business related matters and the running of the Barking and Dagenham Business Forum. An important group set up by the Council to help move the business community forward in the borough.
