Directors Biography

As a property professional, I have often wondered why things go wrong with the Private Rental System. My experience has provided me the opportunity to see things from both sides and this book is my attempt to repair the broken trust between Landlords and Tenants. Over the years, I've had several complaints from tenants and landlords about the Private Rental System. My observation is that tenants and landlords come into the agreement with so much expectation and in most cases they are not fully aware of the laws regulations, rights and responsibilities. When both parties expectations are not met, one or both parties begin to reconsider the agreement and they fall out. I believe the number one problem is the broken promise due to ineffective communication
