Author of the fast selling Property book titled: “Why landlords and tenants fall out of love” and joined the list of the very few female authors in the property industry and only African property author in the UK. The book was forwarded by Cllr Afolasade Bright and endorsed by Sally Lawson the outgoing President of ARLA Propertymark. As written in the Foreword of my book by Cllr Afolasade Bright, if anyone has earned the right to compose the book, it is surely me.

Stephanie has gone a step further from business in the community to be a leader in the community and supporting the vulnerable and small charities in the borough. She is very involved in the community – a sponsor of the “Soup Project”, aimed mainly to feed the homeless, she organises and hold a ‘free’ property surgery monthly for all local landlord and tenants. Stephanie is a trustee of the Pennu Charity, a charity dedicated to promoting the well-being of the elderly in the community. I am also the church Administrator for a Christian Charity RCCG The Masters Sanctuary Romford

I am a driven determined and destined young man, three Ds needed in this indusrty. I strongly believe John samuel estates are the catalyst for massive change in how property services are understood and delivered. For example the importance of being more than a lettings or sales agency but also sacrificing free time to help enlighten and advise the wider community of any queries they may have and also expanding the diversity of services on offer at an estate agency by evoling and offering a hybrid service. How this is possible is by constantly learning and devoloping not just as a team but also as individuals. Coming from a torrid childhood it gives me great pleasure to be able to provide a service to all people in need of it. I hope to achieve everything i can and a big part of it is because of the agency i work for now. I will finish on the note that John Samuel Estates are the next big thing!
